What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide assessment services effectively and efficiently
- Complete client screenings and progress notes in a timely manner
- Communicate client progress to appropriate staff members
- Facilitate the transition process and arrange follow-up services
- Oversee the daily operations and functions of the therapy team as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
- LISW or LPCC licensure is required
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Experience in community-based counseling
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
