What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a client caseload of 24 clients per week - or 20 clients per week plus provide weekly supervision to a maximum of no more than four (4) supervisees and support supervisees in facilitating and documenting proper assessments, recommendations, and referrals, as needed.
- Review and sign supervisees notes ensuring proper documentation and billing is facilitated
- Approve biweekly clinical hours recorded by therapy team, time off requests, and other requests that may be submitted.
- Follow IDFPR guidelines for supervision requirements and maintain clinical supervisor training requirements for licensure.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriate.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Hold a Master’s degree or higher in areas of Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Hold the following licenses: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD to practice independently in the state of Illinois.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
