ResponsibilitiesProvides supervisory oversight to the Medical Assistants in the practice and functions, when necessary, as a member of the Medical Assistant team of the Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians in the outpatient setting.
RequirementsEducation and Work Experience:
-Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
-Three years experience in a medical office setting is required. Other healthcare experience will be considered.
-Proven experience in supervisory role is preferred.License Requirements:
-Documentation of certification from an accredited medical assistant training program is preferred.Certification Requirements:
-Must be CPR certified within three months or less from the date of hire in the practice.
