What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality clinical supervision per California Board requirements for student/intern/Associate/licensed providers
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training in key treatment modalities and evidence-based practices
- Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures to meet organizational goals
- Collaborate with Regional Behavioral Health training program team for student/intern/associate placements
- Provide direct psychotherapeutic services to patients and/or patient groups as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two (2) years post-license therapy experience within the past five (5) years
- Masters degree in a field related to mental health
- Current California license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- National Provider Identifier required at hire
- Knowledge of state regulations and ethics related to patient treatment and confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five (5) years post-license therapy experience within the past seven (7) years
- LCSW preferred
