      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients
      - Oversee the implementation of treatment, ensuring adherence to established protocols
      - Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians
      - Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
      - Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to coordinate care effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
      - Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
      - Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
      - Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently while exercising clinical judgment
