      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Learn and deliver a manualized case management intervention remotely to active duty servicemembers
      - Assist in training study clinicians on the case management intervention
      - Supervise the delivery of the intervention and ensure adherence to study protocols
      - Conduct and oversee suicide risk assessments and crisis management as needed
      - Lead regular meetings with study clinicians for mentorship and guidance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in psychology, social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, public health, or a related clinical health field
      - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience, with a preference for 3 years in a supervisory role
      - Current, unrestricted, independent clinical license (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, etc.)
      - Experience with suicide risk assessment and crisis management
      - Proven ability to supervise trainees or students in a virtual setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience delivering therapeutic interventions in a virtual setting
      - Prior clinical experience with psychiatric inpatients or high-risk populations
      - Experience leading teams or providing supervision remotely
      - Familiarity with evidence-based psychoeducational interventions
      - Prior military experience or experience working with military populations
