- Experience in Mental Health
- Fitness to undergo personal safety training.
- Care Certificate - must be achieved within first 12 weeks of employment
- NVQ L2/3 in H&SC or Diploma L2/3 in H&SC or apprenticeship L2/3 in H&SC
- Ability to work without direct supervision, liaising appropriately with other practitioners in the team
- Previous experience within the care sector
- Experience in Mental Health

We are looking to recruit 2 x Clinical Support Workers to join our Blickling ward team based at Julian Hospital for a fixed term - 12 months (maternity cover).

Our primary focus is on collaborative working, placing great emphasis on patient centred care.
Blickling ward is a 18 bed ward for assessment and treatment. We care for older adults (female patients) who have a functional diagnosis. Often the patients also have complex presentations and a variety of physical health concerns. As a ward, we provide holistic patient centred care, specific to each individual.
