Collaborate with digital, clinical, and operational teams to design effective SystmOne solutions.
Assess configuration impacts, workflow interdependencies, and identify risk mitigation options.
Develop, test, and implement production-quality system builds and enhancements.
Analyse and redesign clinical workflows, producing clear "as-is" and "to-be" process maps.
Design and build clinical templates, protocols, and streamlined processes in SystmOne.
Document workflows, processes, and user guides to support consistent system use.
Support system rollouts, provide on-the-ground assistance, and mentor team members.
Deliver responsive SystmOne application support, resolving incidents and managing service desk tickets.
Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders, offering non-technical guidance and reporting advice.
Travel to DHU sites, liaise with third-party suppliers, and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
- Educated to degree level or have equivalent experience
- TPP SystmOne Core Familiarisation
- Working with NHS Clinical System TPP SystmOne
- Previous experience of implementing TPP SystmOne including MIU (A&E) and Out of Hours units
- Previous experience of implementing TPP Mobile Working Solution
- Experience of working in the NHS
- Experience of applying the principles of ITIL
- Educated to degree level or have equivalent experience
- TPP SystmOne Core Familiarisation

Job responsibilities
This role of SystmOne Application Support Analyst will act as an analyst for the TPP SystmOne clinical system to support the growing portfolio of clinical services through DHU Health Care.
Key experience and capabilities will include:
Awareness of the capabilities and functionality of SystmOne
Ability to remain up to date with SystmOne capabilities
Development and the presentation of options for solution designs
Documentation of current processes and procedures
Documentation and implementation of future processes and procedures
SystmOne workflow, template and protocol design
Implementation, configuration and development of agreed solutions
Supporting and participating in rollout, training and change management activities for SystmOne.
On-going support of SystmOne
The post holder will be required to work as part of a team or act alone in a fast paced environment without direct supervision or guidance but must be willing to seek advice and guidance as necessary. The ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation and work calmly within a demanding environment is required.
