Clinical Team Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Team Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality healthcare services within police custody settings. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for ensuring patient care in diverse and demanding circumstances.
About the Role
As the Clinical Team Manager, you will seamlessly integrate operational leadership with hands-on clinical duties, ensuring outstanding care for individuals in police custody. This full-time role offers a dynamic schedule of 7.5-hour shifts across 7 days, supporting a fast-paced service. Success in this role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to respond to evolving demands in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

You will have experience of working with vulnerable groups and / or in a health and Justice setting.
A strong sense of leadership and leading by example to uphold the Trust values and behaviours is a must.
We actively encourage ongoing professional development within the service remit.
This role requires full police vetting, and it is essential that you can travel independently across the area and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.
