- Provide individual therapy to students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address behavioral issues
- Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and community resources to support students
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with school district and state requirements
- Active New York license as a LCSW or LMHC, required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), required
- Strong skills in crisis intervention
- Willing to be onsite 2 days a week at Roosevelt (Long Island) 2 days a week
- Ability to work one evening a week either Monday, Thursday or Friday from 3pm - 8pm
- Ability to work Saturday morning either 8-12 or 9-1

Summary
We are seeking a part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide individual therapy to students at the Roosevelt School District in Long Island. This 24-hour-per-week role is ideal for a compassionate, bilingual (English/Spanish) clinician who is dedicated to supporting children and adolescents within a school-based setting. The LCSW will play a key role in delivering evidence-based interventions, collaborating with school staff and families, and fostering positive outcomes for students.
