      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage a team of at least 12 supervisees, providing administrative and clinical supervision
      - Conduct annual performance evaluations and necessary corrective actions for supervisees
      - Maintain documentation of supervision sessions and conduct quality note reviews monthly
      - Interface with community referral sources and develop funding opportunities
      - Conduct interviews and oversee the hiring process for new candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related field from an accredited institution
      - Must maintain a professional license in the state of Maryland to provide therapy services
      - Licensed Certified supervisor by the Board of Maryland Social Work Examiners (LCPC or LCSW-C)
      - Minimum of five years of administrative and/or clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
      - Valid Driver's License and clear driving record
