      Responsibilities

      Therapist - Residential Treatment Center

We are looking for a positive, energetic, and self-motivated full-time CLINICAL THERAPIST (ACMHC, CMHC, CSW, CSWi, LCSW, AMFT, MFT) whose passion is working with adolescents and their families.       Salary - Range starts at $65,000 per year
      Sign On Bonus - $5,000
      Work Schedule - On site work required w/ caseload schedule flexibility

      Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a residential treatment facility (behavioral health care) serving male and female 12-17 year olds who have been diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. Behavioral therapists are part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team and have strong clinical support and supervision. Therapists perform the following:

      • Facilitation of weekly individual and family sessions
      • Development of master treatment plans, including monthly updates
      • Completion of psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments
      • Timely completion of progress notes, documenting thoroughly for utilization reviews
      • Engagement and involvement in the therapeutic milieu and other department

      Qualifications

      Your Qualifications will include:

      *Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical or counseling psychology or other recognized mental health field

      *Must be currently licensed in the State of Utah or license eligible

      *Must be able to pass a thorough criminal history background check and drug screen
