BS in nursing or other applicable degree; Master’s degree in clinical discipline such as nursing, information technology or another applicable discipline preferred.
Five (5) years of experience in health care information systems with emphasis on clinical analysis and process improvement.
Cerner application experience preferred.

ChristianaCare is hiring a Clinical Transformation Analyst, at the ChristianaCare Helen F. Graham Cancer Center and Research Institute in Newark, DE.
As a Clinical Transformation Analyst, you will serve as the content, build, and optimization expert for oncology clinical documentation systems (Cerner, Varian, etc.).The Clinical Transformation Analyst will implement changes to the clinical documentation systems as provided by the clinical content experts supporting guideline-based treatment and care plans and medication regimens in the oncology service area.
You will be collaborating closely with Cancer Center Leadership, multi-disciplinary teams, Pharmacy, and Information Technology to help lead and advance optimal integration and interoperability across the cancer center clinical systems.
