What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all documents and administrative tasks related to clinical trial feasibility, start-up, execution, and closeout
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local regulatory requirements
- Track progress of trials and manage study data, budget, and investigational products
- Maintain protocol information in trial management systems and ensure document completeness
- Prepare study files and coordinate the development of associated documents for investigational sites
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related scientific field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of relevant clinical trial experience
- Proficient in English language (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in VeevaVault TMF is desirable
