What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all documents and logistical tasks related to trial feasibility, start-up, execution, and close-out of clinical trials
- Ensure compliance with GCO SOPs, policies, and local regulatory requirements
- Track progress of clinical trials and manage study data, budget, and correspondence
- Maintain trial, country, and site-level protocol information in management systems
- Ensure audit and inspection readiness by collecting and filing all relevant documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related scientific field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of relevant clinical trial experience
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in VeevaVault TMF is desirable
- Strong negotiating skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities within a matrix environment
