      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all documents and logistical tasks related to trial feasibility, start-up, execution, and close-out of clinical trials
      - Ensure compliance with relevant SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements
      - Track progress of clinical trials, managing study data, budgets, and investigational products
      - Maintain trial protocol information in management systems and ensure audit readiness
      - Collect and prepare documents required for study submissions and financial disclosures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related scientific field (or equivalent experience)
      - 1-2 years of relevant clinical trial experience
      - Proficient in spoken and written English
      - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrix environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in VeevaVault TMF is desirable
      - Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
