      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Clinical Trial Leaders in the operational execution of assigned clinical studies
      - Support the oversight, handling, and management of clinical study documents and technology systems
      - Aid in eSystem technology development and implementation
      - Assist with the development of study-related documents and metrics tracking
      - Support the coordination of study-related meetings and events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, with a life sciences degree being preferred
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting clinical trials in a pharmaceutical/biotech company or clinical setting
      - Familiarity with medical terminology
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with technology eSystems
      - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in supporting internal and external audits/inspections
      - Experience in supporting quality management activities and SOP tracking
