What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize Study Team meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with organizing Investigator Meetings
- Assist with preparation and review of study documents
- Ship study documents and supplies to investigational sites and track delivery
- Assist with site management activities, including enrollment tracking and communication with investigational sites and Clinical Research Associates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences discipline or relevant discipline preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic working knowledge of GCP, CFR, and ICH guidelines and clinical trial operations
- Ability to work well with cross-functional Study Team and investigational sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
