What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee local operational clinical trial activities in compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Train and oversee team on core competencies and GCP knowledge
- Ensure adherence to timelines and key business metrics
- Collaborate with various roles to ensure consistency in processes and protocol implementation
- Resolve operational issues and escalate site performance problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Clinical Research
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Life Science
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and local language
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the role of CTC, CRA, or similar role
- Team leadership experience
- Advanced degree with emphasis in science or Clinical Research Management/Administration
