What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform study tracking and generate management reports
- Collaborate with the Clinical Trial Manager on study-specific plans
- Collect and review essential documents from Investigational sites
- Work with internal and external team members to deliver high-quality trial execution
- Support TMF set-up, maintenance, and reconciliation of study documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- CTMA: Minimum of 2 years in clinical research or healthcare-related industry
- S-CTMA: Minimum of 4 years in clinical research or healthcare-related industry
- Experience in GxP Regulations, ICH Guidelines, and Drug Development
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in site monitoring
- Training in GxP Regulations and ICH Guidelines
- Knowledge of HIPAA and Drug Development
- Proficiency in electronic records and computer security
