      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate, monitor, and manage multiple clinical trials within the Cancer Center
      - Act as the central communications liaison for clinical trial collaborators and stakeholders
      - Provide first-line supervision and training for a team of research staff
      - Ensure compliance with federal and local regulations for all participating sites
      - Assist in program initiatives and process improvements in clinical research management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree required; Master’s preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of research experience required; 4 years preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of management experience required
      - Familiarity with the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) and Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP)
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      - Prior supervisory experience within a clinical research setting
      - Proven ability to manage diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities
      - Knowledge of current and emerging trends in clinical research
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively address potential issues
      - Experience in oncology research trials
