What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of high-quality outputs
- Contribute to the standardization of internal best practices and development of relevant policies and training resources
- Manage and coordinate the preparation and review of regulatory documents for transparency submissions and clinical trial results postings
- Raise awareness of changes in transparency and disclosure landscape across the organization
- Ensure consistency of publicly disclosed information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or relevant discipline
- 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research
- Excellent knowledge of clinical trial data transparency and disclosure laws/policies
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical trial transparency/disclosure, clinical trial operations, medical writing, or regulatory affairs
