Provide administration program support services in this career building role
This position provides support to the $10 a Day ChildCareBC Program. The Ministry of Education and Child Care provides funding to child care sites across the province to support a universal child care initiative through the $10 a Day ChildCareBC Program. The Ministry is working to expand the number of quality, low-cost, child care spaces at existing child care facilities to support families across the province.
As a Program Support Clerk, you will communicate with clients and the general public, review incoming submissions, and provides technical and administrative support within the Child Care Capital and Community Services branch.

About this Position:
There are currently two (2) positions available. An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 5 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
Victoria has two building locations, both with space to accommodate in-office work. The Vancouver office may be accessed for limited drop-in use. Other locations may be considered. Please contact the hiring manager for further details or questions.
