- Shapes the project with the creative lead, determines production needs and manages all elements of production from pre-production to post-production to delivery. Owns production schedule and budget.
- Makes thoughtful creative contributions and works to elevate the concept via the production process.
- Creates production estimates and as needed, solicits bids, reviews, negotiates, and helps select production vendors/suppliers.
- Manages talent and usage with the business affairs team.
- Partners with account, creative, and project management to develop timelines and production solution for all types of content: video, photography, web, digital, and social
- Ensures creative integrity while maintaining efficiency and delivering on brand expectations
- Attends and support production team on stage shoots at Clorox Production Studio facility in Oakland, CA
- Produces, edit and distributes platform specific videos across our various digital and social outlets
- Assists in content research and updating our content management database
- Generates exciting and informative concepts with the account, creative and production teams
- Collaborates with and support supervising producers throughout all projects and processes
- Assists with all aspects of pre/prod/post production in person and on set.
- Assists team with social media outreach and talent engagement
- Assists with multiple roles in the production process in addition to supporting various crew positions and roles.
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year related degree program at a University with Junior/Senior class standing
- Interest in filmmaking and on-set production, direction, producing
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Art, Film, Advertising/Media, Photography
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, outlook, teams, excel, ppt, a plus
- Comfortable with social media tools, trends an in platform tools for TikTok and Instagram
- Familiarity with After Effects and Adobe Premier a plus.
- GPA Required 3.0 or higher
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- $23-$25/hr.

Your role at Clorox:
The Clorox Company Internship Program is a 10-week summer experience that runs from June through August. Interns are provided meaningful work assignments designed to provide perspective and practical work experience highlighting what you would do in a similar role following completion of your degree and working at the company on a regular, full-time basis. Through the course of the summer, interns participate in:
• Formal, three-day orientation and program kick off with interns from all functions in California
• Peer-level mentorship and connection points with functional and company executives
• Community Engagement activity
• Soft-skills training and development exercises

The Clorox Electro Creative Workshop is an internal creative agency that services all brands within the Clorox Corporation. Within Electro is the Clorox Production Studio, a full-service production department including producers, business affairs, production management and editors. Clorox Production Studio is the go-to production studio for all Clorox brands, efficiently and effectively delivering personalized, consumer experiences for our brands in our owned and operated spaces.
