- 5+ years of experience applying structured Change Management methodology and deploying change management activities for a complex IT organization
- 2+ years of experience planning, executing, or sustaining mid to large-scale enterprise change initiatives in a complex IT organization
- Experience conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders
- Experience coordinating communication and activities between multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience with financial management and administrative activities, including budgeting, resource planning, and task and project reporting
- Ability to perform complex evaluations of project procedures, processes, techniques, or contractual issues with required reports and solutions for large scale projects
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience providing operations support to DoD, PEO, or PM organizations
- Experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or stakeholder relationship management
- Experience delivering high-quality client services in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework implementation
- Ability to drive change across organizational boundaries
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Science, CS, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification

This is an opportunity to create efficiency in Air Force Command and Control. As a change management consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a strategy for the client to build a hybrid 24x7 cloud operation that is unclassified and classified. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
