      Position Summary
      We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions that enhance our infrastructure and support our business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, architecture, and best practices, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

      As a Cloud Engineer, you will:

      • Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

      • Collaborate with development teams to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.

      • Leverage automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to streamline deployment and management of cloud resources

      • Implement security best practices to protect cloud environments and ensure compliance with industry standards.

      • Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and resource utilization.

      • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, providing support to internal teams as needed.

      • Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and procedures.

      • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends, recommending improvements to enhance our cloud strategy.

      • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a related field.

      • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

      • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security principles.

      • 2+ years experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

      • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

      • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

      • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).

      • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

      • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.

      Education

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $72,100.00 - $144,200.00

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
