Role Description

As a Senior Cloud Network DevOps Engineer, you’ll join the Cloud Network Engineering to design, develop, provision, automate and continuously improve Cloud Solutions/Services specific to Network, DNS and Load Balancers in GCP & MS Azure and the integrations with the on-premise eco-systems at scale.

Your key responsibilities

• Automate cloud provisioning and life-cycle processes using Infrastructure as Code and cloud native services.
• Develop and maintain Terraform Plugins and Modules.
• Design and develop high-quality solutions for cloud services provisioning and maintenance.
• Support the curation of network services, e.g. VPC, Load Balancing, DNS, CDN, Service Mesh, etc.
• Reduce toil of manual efforts and repetitive tasks by automation.
• Act as a point of escalation (Level-3 support) for the operation team as and when required.
• Work in Agile teams to support the Cloud adoption program.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in GCP and/or MS Azure
• Robust experience in HashiCorp Terraform coding and GitHub. Knowledge of Golang is an advantage.
• Detailed understanding of Cloud network services (VPC/VNET, Hybrid Connectivity, IP subnetting, DNS, Load Balancer, Firewall and Cloud VPN, etc.)
• Experience with BGP/ OSPF/ MACsec/ IPSec
• Create and maintain Architectural and Design documents.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
