What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide 24 x 7 operational support for Cloud Services, including AWS Hosting and Disaster Recovery
- Define and implement automation processes for cloud operations
- Manage customer-facing functions for Cloud Operations and ensure world-class customer satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage the relationship with Cloud Hosting/3rd party providers
- Develop, implement, communicate, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in technical operations
- 2+ years of experience in cloud operations
- 3+ years of system engineering work in a Linux/AWS environment
- 3+ years in a managerial or team lead role
- Expert technical troubleshooting skills and/or the ability to implement processes and controls to find root cause

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with information security and regulatory compliance
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment
