      Purpose: You will be a part of Levi’s Enterprise Cloud Services organization which engineers, implements, and manages the technology required to run a cloud-based technology across the enterprise.

      This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about applying cloud technologies and DevOps practices to solving business problems in a unique and innovative way and to help accelerate our digital business transformation.

      As a member of the Enterprise Cloud Services organization, you will be part of an established but growing DevOps team that is focused on designing and delivering cloud solutions to support business requirements.

      Key Results:

      • Responsible for managing and monitoring enterprise Azure infrastructure and services
      • Responsible for designing and implementing DevOps pipelines
      • Develops and maintains service capacity forecasts, responsible for the day-to-day capacity and proactive management of services.
      • Proactively monitors cloud-based service offerings as they move through development, continuous integration, and pre-production, in addition to production itself.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of prior experience working with Azure.
      • CloudOps Engineer is responsible for 24/7 availability of Levi’s Enterprise Cloud Services
      • Front line support for Cloud Monitoring – Infrastructure and Application
      • Respond, troubleshoot, and resolve production alerts (L1, L2)
      • Initiate Incident Response for cloud outages
      • Analyze trends to pro-actively prevent incidents
      • Participate in Cloud Deployments, Updates and Maintenance; assist in security vulnerability and remediation
      • Take ownership of environment maintenance and system problems as detected by monitoring and/or as escalated by business users
      • Ensure availability of all technical operating resources according to SLO and SLA expectations by designing for redundancy of infrastructure and associated services.
      • Perform lifecycle management for supported platforms, including technical refresh planning and capacity upgrades and participate in the planning and implementation of software product updates.
      • Establish metrics and monitor the health/utilization of cloud platform resources on a wide scale.
      • Report on cost and usage across cloud environments and establish tagging mechanisms for allocating costs to different business units.

      Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in technology field

      Technical Certifications highly preferred: Azure Administrator Associate

      Public Cloud Certification(s)

      Years and Type of Experience Required:

      • Experience using two or more of the following toolsets: Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, XL Release, Artifactory, GitHub, Continuum, PowerShell
      • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including routing, subnetting and load balancing.
      • Experience using automation to manage public cloud infrastructure
      • Experience consulting with business process and functional unit owners
      • Basic knowledge of querying and organizing data
      • Very strong written and verbal English communication skills
      • Motivated, result oriented self-starter, curious and inquisitive

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

      • Prepare and present findings, recommendations, reports, spreadsheets, new operating models, and new workflows to all levels of leadership
      • Creates methodology to measure process performance against established metrics
      • Fundamental knowledge of managing hybrid cloud environments, private and public clouds.
      • DevOps Product set including: Ansible, Jenkins and Terraform
      • Experience with SDLC, Agile, ITIL
      • Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems

      Complexity and Accountability:

      • Self-managed and motivated individual with strong communication skills
      • Ability to perform basic project manager functions
      • Must have experience with creating reports with Excel Pivottables and spreadsheets, PowerBI a plus.
      • Business professional who can communicate with nontechnical stakeholders
      • Must be willing to accept advice from other team members and stakeholders
      • Must be flexible to change and understand that the end-result is the required aim
      • Must be able to acquire new skills rapidly and leverage them to implement automation
      • Must possess the ability to manage cross function team initiatives
