      Job Description:

      Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Program Manager in support of the Federal Judiciary. This position is responsible for architecture, engineering, maintenance, monitoring, security, and support of the agency’s enterprise hosting environment. The program provides hosting services for enterprise and locally developed services, applications, and websites, as well as support for a major federal agency’s data centers’ operations and maintenance activities. The program manages the operations, security, and maintenance of the agency’s managed hosting environment, as well as hosting service delivery.

      HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

      • The GDIT Program Manager shall have full authority to commit labor force and other required resources to meet the overall requirements in support of the program

      • Develop, deliver and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule

      • Organize daily program tasks throughout all stages of the program lifecycle

      • Provide monthly Program Status Report (PSR) on the activities and milestones completed and deliverables submitted for each task for the past month

      • Prepare and deliver senior management level monthly Program Progress Review (PPR) consisting of a summary of all completed and in process task activities, planned task activities, issues, and performance metrics.

      • Establish milestones and activities that are planned for the next reporting period

      • Manage milestones and ensure that targets are being tracked, escalating when targets are at risk in a timely manner

      • Provide Quality Control Plan that defines program controls and how quality will be monitored and maintained

      • Document and manage risks, issues, and corrective actions

      • Support communication efforts to customers and stakeholders

      • Track and communicate information related to unresolved issues as well as their status and actions taken

      • Ensure alignment of program deliverables to program outcomes for operational efficiency

      WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

      Education:

      • Master’s Degree and 7 years of experience, Computer Science or related field preferred

      • Or Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of experience, Computer Science or related field preferred

      • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required

      • Cloud certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP required

      • ITIL and/or AGILE certification(s) preferred

      Required Experience:

      • Minimum 7 years of program/task management

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing federal task orders including cloud programs

      • Previous large-scale Federal Program Management experience is required

      • Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and other project management tools

      • Experience coordinating the efforts of subcontractors, and team members

      • Experience in planning, managing and providing guidance pertaining to IT environments

      • Experience with and accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of deliverables, and the implementation and measurement of corporate and client quality standards and methodologies

      Security Clearance Level:

      The likely salary range for this position is $133,369 - $180,441. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
