What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the existing hosted cloud infrastructure and provide technical services to cloud customers
- Serve as product expert in support of complex customer deployments
- Handle escalated support requests and coordinate with vendor support teams
- Participate in the development of custom software tools for advanced services deployment
- Facilitate documentation creation and maintenance for assigned advanced services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a systems administration or technical support role in a Telecom, Cableco, or IT environment
- Background with Hosted and Cloud Solutions (VMware, AWS, Azure, Private, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Cloud, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and Networking technologies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training and experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hold at least one certification supporting the employer’s product and/or services (VMware, Cisco, Fortinet, AWS)
- Experience managing vendors towards performance and KPIs
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques and processes
- Strong project management skills
