Cloud Workload Lifecycle Security is a product area under Cloud Security product, which rolls under the Cybersecurity product line. The Cloud Security team is seeking a Product Owner to manage the Cloud Workload Lifecycle Security product area and collaborate with the product and delivery teams to experiment, discover, and deliver on the product vision.
Ultimately, you’ll be an automation expert who will help us automate workload and data protection capabilities to prevent, discover and report on vulnerabilities, threats and data exposure. You’ll enable strong security practices and controls to build, deploy and run secure Cloud workloads. You’ll have deep expertise in scanning, detecting vulnerabilities and knowing where the open back door lies in Cloud systems. You’ll have a passion for keeping systems safe and secure. In addition, you're the kind of person who like preventing major issues before they occur and take pride in your ability to protect organizations.
As the product owner, you will:
Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals, objectives, key results, and performance indicators.
Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.
Turn product vision and voice of the consumer into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Actively own the prioritization and grooming of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across product teams.
Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Be consistently and actively present and in cadenced communication with product leadership and product area team members.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of Technology strategic product management experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Minimum of 5+ years Cybersecurity or Cloud Security experience
Experience with cloud-native solutions, technologies, and platforms
Experience with cloud migrations and identifying and driving required change across people, process, and technology
Experience with monitoring Identity & Access Management, Information Protection, and Cybersecurity related threats in Cloud environments.
Strong understanding and ability to apply knowledge of industry/government standards and frameworks to “real world” business and technical requirements (e.g. NIST, CIS, CSA, FFIEC, ISO)
Experience with Application security and software development lifecycle.
Desired Qualifications
Ability to develop technology strategy, operating models & roadmaps with clear objectives that are aligned with business, enterprise, and technology strategies
Experience with cyber design and controls
Experience with coding and/or development
Excellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate and influence executives, senior leaders, Line of Business stakeholders, other product owners, regulatory groups, technology, business analysts, other internal partners
Experience with Agile practices and frameworks to include Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, etc. and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
Advanced knowledge of Cybersecurity industry standards
Cloud Certifications and Cyber Certifications are helpful
Finance sector security experience or other regulated industry (e.g., utilities, health care, government)
Job Expectations
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote
