Job Title: Club Fitter Specialist - National Accounts

Salary Range: $26.38/hour - $32.75/hour; plus bonus eligibility

Summary: Provides tour-caliber club fitting experiences to golfers at the assigned retail location. Helps drive custom club sales in the Titleist Fitting room at Roger Dunn Santa Ana.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tour-level club fitting experiences for dedicated golfers at direct account locations using Titleist fitting methods, tools, and launch monitors. Fitter is expected to conduct 4-6 fittings a day and work 5 days a week.
• Responsible for ensuring the consumer experience at Roger Dunn Santa Ana is Best In Class which includes but is not limited to the presentation of the room, tools, and equipment. The fitter will work closely with the Club Fitting Department to ensure the fitting tool selection and methodologies meet Titleist Standards.
• Partner with the local Sales Representative to ensure best in class experience and service in the retail store. This includes merchandising Titleist product sections, ensuring fitting tools outside of the room are complete, and creating brand advocacy with the Roger Dunn sales team.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• A minimum of one (1) year of full-time club fitting or ball fittings experience in a superior customer service environment. Must have knowledge of fitting fundamentals, ball flight laws. Must have proven customer service skills.
• Ability to lift sample-filled golf bags and associated other equipment (30 lbs.) multiple times/day. Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8+ hours per day). Willingness and ability to travel for training and other events.
• Must be a skilled communicator able to translate complex product/fitting information and present this information in ways that are easy to understand and utilize. Must have an intermediate to advanced level of expertise, proficiency and aptitude with technology including but not limited to Microsoft Office, general database programs, the internet, fitting and launch monitors, preferably TrackMan.
