      Description:

      The Club Master Fitter is responsible for custom-fitting golf clubs to customer specifications while providing high-quality customer service.

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide exceptional customer experience while properly custom-fitting all potential customers ensuring the best possible equipment for them
      • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs and offering creative solutions
      • Gather, input, and report back customer-based data
      • Provide excellent follow-up promptly to all potential customers
      • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration between team members
      • Increase revenue and profitability while meeting deadlines and working in an organized manner
      • Identify potential green grass partners for future partnerships
      • Manage and organize daily/weekly schedules in conjunction with team members to maximize revenue and efficiency
      • Input daily customer orders accurately and track all orders to delivery
      • Manage monthly inventory of product
      • Demonstrate superior product knowledge
      • Perform other related duties as required

      Job Skills Required:

      • A professional, positive, and flexible attitude
      • Excellent written and verbal communication
      • Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

      Job Skills Preferred:

      • Prior club fitting/building experience is preferred

      Soft Skills:

      • Enthusiastic team player
      • Superior customer service skills and relationship-building skills

      Education:

      • HS diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
      • Prior experience in golf sales and customer service

      Certifications:

      • Master Club Fitting certification

      Years of Experience:

      • Prior fitting experience in the golf industry is preferred but not required.

      Travel:

      • Yes, domestically (mostly road travel)

      Compensation: $40,000 + commissions (all in earning potential $70,000-$90,000). $5K guaranteed base increase after successful completion of training period of 90 days. (In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.)

      Working Conditions:

      This position primarily works in a field environment. Must be able to bend, crouch, sit, stand, and lift. Must have a clean driving record.
