- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analysing market information
- Responsible for managing the planning, execution & coordination of all the hotel’s sales and marketing strategies, campaigns and projects
- Ensure the team is focused on showcasing their creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives
- Be a prime example of the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Marriott core values
- Develop sales and marketing budget and oversee expenses, focusing on attention to detail
- Maintain and create relationships with clients in the Corporate, Leisure and M.I.C.E. segments
- Strategic Leadership with strong business acumen and a proven track record in MICE Sales & Marketing
- Customer-Centric and strong leader across multi hotels/ teams
- Digital Marketing Proficiency; Proficient in leveraging digital platforms and tools for marketing, including social media, online advertising, and email marketing.Proven track record in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong adaptability to evolving market dynamics and technologies.
- Able to provide team leadership and sales coaching across multi hotel teams.
- Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
