- Under the direct supervision of the Assisted Living Director, the CMA/CMT passes medication and provides treatments according to physicians orders and in accordance with facility policy.
- The CMA/CMT reports changes in residents condition immediately to the Assisted Living Director.
- The CMA/CMT practices good infection control techniques in all aspects of resident care.
- The CMA/CMT provides restorative care to residents as assigned by the Assisted Living Director or as indicated in the overall plan of care.

Role:
We are seeking a dedicated CMA/CMT to join our Linden Woods Village team! The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or CMT is responsible for passing medication under the direct supervision of the Assisted Living Director and to provide direct, hands-on care to residents.

The Certified Medication Aide or Certified Medication Technician must have completed an approved training program and passed competency examinations in clinical skills and written knowledge to obtain certification as both a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Certified Medication Technician (CMT).
