      The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the management, optimization, and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), as well as broader support for the ServiceNow platform. This role plays a key part in automation, ITSM process improvements, and cross-functional projects, supporting digital transformation across the global enterprise.

      What you'll do:

      • Administer, audit, and maintain the CMDB to ensure data quality, completeness, and compliance.
      • Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle integrations within ServiceNow.

      • Participate in platform enhancements, upgrades, and feature rollouts in collaboration with ITSM stakeholders.

      • Provide platform support for ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.

      • Support cross-functional projects and automation initiatives using workflows, scripting, and business rules.

      • Engage with vendors, consultants, and third-party SaaS providers to resolve issues and optimize service delivery.

      What you'll bring:

      • Certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB (Preferred)
      • Experience with Performance Analytics, ITOM, and integration strategies.
      • Minimum of five years of experience

      This role will have an annual salary range of $120,00-130,000.
