      Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your asset management and CMMS expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our asset management processes and ensuring the integrity of our CMMS (Maximo) database. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain), develop and implement data standards, and enhance user engagement through training and support.

You’ll specifically take care of maintaining and optimizing the Maximo database, but also developing asset management strategies and processes.

      We’ll look to you for:

      • Maintaining the Maximo database to ensure data integrity and accuracy

      • Obtaining and inputting information to maximize database reliability

      • Identifying, developing, and enhancing the utilization of Maximo modules

      • Providing training and support to CMMS users as needed

      • Generating reports and analyzing data to support Maintenance and Engineering teams

      • Developing and implementing asset management plans and strategies

      • Tracking, monitoring, and managing asset inventories

      • Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize asset management processes

      • Generating dashboards and reports to track asset performance and provide actionable insights

      • Providing technical guidance and support to maintenance teams

      All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

      • Familiarity or experience using Maximo 6, 7, or higher

      • Knowledge and experience with Maximo modules for Assets, Locations, Work Order Tracking, Inventory, and Preventive Maintenance

      • Experience generating Maximo reports

      • Understanding of maintenance and operation functions

      • Experience with materials ordering and handling

      • Ability to analyze asset data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement

      • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with various departments and stakeholders

      • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

      • Work with new security standards for rail asset management

      • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

      • Contribute to innovative projects that drive smarter mobility

      • Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment

      • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
