      Darigold is seeking a motivated CMMS Coordinator to be a part of Darigold’s Chehalis plant. The CMMS Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating ongoing purchasing of all parts and supplies required for continuous operations. The CMMS Coordinator’s role is to work with the plant leadership team to develop a daily plan that maximizes runtime and minimizes expenses. In addition to CMMS activities, this position will serve as backup to needs surrounding Waste Water needs.

      What You Will Do (other duties may be assigned)
      • Interact with plant maintenance engineers and vendors to locate, order, and stock the required parts that enable continuous operations
      • Facilitate daily parts meeting with the Chief Engineer and Maintenance Manager to determine purchasing priorities
      • Establish, with the assistance of plant maintenance engineers, and maintain parts inventory, including min/max levels, critical spares, and the proper level of security to ensure inventory accuracy
      • Integrate vendor and Darigold resources, upkeep critical spare lists for existing and new equipment in the plant
      • Obtain oral and written price quotes from MRO vendors. Compare quotes with the specifications and availability of items and place MRO orders
      • Create purchase orders for all plant MRO purchasing and purchase requisitions for all plant capital projects
      • Organize, update and retain MRO supplier and product information files and purchase order records including after-hours emergency contacts
      • Perform quarterly audit of inventory and perform a full inventory twice a year
      • Work with Darigold procurement on supplier relations and opportunities
      • Manage open and past due P.O.’s and invoices on hold; as well reconcile purchasing card
      • Manage the Parts Room Clerk
      • Ensure that the deliveries are received, bag, label and shelved correctly and in a timely manner.

      What You Will Bring
      • Knowledge of Oracle 11i, Oracle Cloud, Infor EAM 7i, or other CMMS, purchasing and inventory modules
      • Proficient in MS Office
      • Ability to read Parts Manual and identify needed parts
      • Strong time management skills
      • Knowledge of Production Equipment parts
      • Basic accounting knowledge
      • Requires strong skills in communication, organization and attention to detail
      • Experience with Excel and the internet
      • Experience with standard office equipment – PC, phone, etc.
      • Ability to follow company policy including the business code of ethics
      • Requires excellent safety and attendance record
      • Must be self-motivated and honest
      • Team Player
      • Completes tasks and assignments in a timely manner

      Pay Range: $27.99 to $31.10/hr,
