Shift Your Way to Success!

We know life is busy, which is why we offer flexibility! You can choose the shift that works best for you:

Daytime Dream Team: 6 AM - 2 PM

Evening Enthusiasts: 2 PM - 10 PM

Overnight Owls: 10 PM - 6 AM

We have opportunities for both Part-Time (under 30 hours per week) and Full-Time (30+ hours per week) champions. Just a heads-up, being part of our weekend warrior team every other weekend is part of the adventure!

Make us pay out that $1000 Sign-on Bonus for hanging with us for a year as your bonus is paid out quarterly upon successful team playing.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

To support our associates in their journey to become a U.S. citizen, Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Responsibilities

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
