- Active Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (Required)
- CPR certification (Required)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). (Required)
- Gives detailed reports at beginning and end of shifts
- Documents care by means of electronic medical records software
- Takes vital signs, weights, measuring intake and output
- Assists with feeding residents and transports and escorts residents to and from activities
- Performs transfers, lifting and positioning of residents to/from and in bed, chair, wheelchair and assists residents with the use of walkers, wheelchairs and canes
- Complies with all HIPAA regulations and requirements

Schedule:
12-hour shifts, Rotating Weekends
Full-Time Day Shift
Full-Time NOC Shift
