Position Profile
The CNA Scheduler provides a variety of administrative support functions related to CNA scheduling for a designated clinical office.
Responsibilities
§ Manages phone/email communication effectively and efficiently.
§ Performs C.N.A. scheduling.
§ Performs accurate and timely C.N.A. scheduling/assignment entry.
§ Communicates relevant and timely information to appropriate staff.
§ Maintains and enhances professional skills.
§ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
§ High school diploma or equivalent experience.
§ Minimum two years medical field/office experience.
§ Familiarity with basic medical terminology preferred
§ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
§ Excellent communication and customer relation skills to interact with others in a helpful, cooperative and effective manner.
§ Ability to give and follow written as well as oral instruction.
§ Skilled in organizing and prioritizing work and manage multiple tasks and assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
§ Scheduling experience strongly preferred.
