      Job Duties and Responsibilities:
      • A nalyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, and design data, in order to calculate part dimension
      • Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Gibbs CAD/CAM software
      • Update CNC programs and manufacturing processes to help optimize machining lead times
      • Use a variety of precision measuring instruments
      • Generate setup instructions and machine tool lists for operators
      • Recommend tooling applications and operational sequence to assist in developing practical programming for new and unusual machining requirements
      • May set-up for and instruct machine operators of lower classification
      • Recognize, report, and correct errors
      • Other duties as needed
      Qualifications :u00A0
      • High school diploma or its equivalent
      • Accredited apprenticeship or equivalent training (2 year degree)
      • Knowledge of machine shop practices, techniques, operations
      • Basic math, logical reasoning, and problem solving skills
      • 5+ years of CNC Programming Experience
      • 3+ years of CAD experience
      • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
      • Willingness to bring new ideas and potential efficiencies to the management team
