- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Field-based role - reporting to job sites, primarily in Northeast Ohio and surrounding regions
- Some overnight travel required
- Pay range: $35-$45/hr, based on experience
- Direct Hire opportunity

- Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines including mills and lathes
- Work on both mechanical and electrical systems
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure smooth installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve field issues promptly
- Verify machinery meets safety, performance, and quality standards
- Interpret blueprints and schematics
- Operate hand and power tools
- Complete and document service reports and maintenance records
- Conduct equipment testing and performance checks
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively on-site
- Prior experience with machinery/equipment installations
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple assignments
- Solid computer skills for reporting and communication
- Must pass background check and drug screening
