Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC OD grinders, preferably with True Tech and ANCA machines. Proficiency in programming CNC machines using G-code and conversational software. Strong understanding of grinding techniques and precision measurement tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
