      Job Title: CNC Machinist and Programmer


      Job Description

      We are seeking a driven and hands-on CNC Machinist and Programmer to join our team. Our company provides vertically integrated solutions to the semiconductor market, specializing in precision machining and engineering material coatings. This role is integral to supporting global leading chip manufacturers and OEM equipment makers in achieving next-generation technologies.

      Responsibilities

      • Read and understand customer prints.
      • Program CNC Milling machinery to complete high complexity and tight tolerance parts.
      • Operate and set up CNC Milling machines.
      • Run multiple machines simultaneously.
      • Interpret prints and program machines for manufacturing.
      • Create work instructions and setup sheets for manufacturing.
      • Collaborate to complete parts to print while maintaining schedule.
      • Manage timelines and commitments to deliver on schedule.
      • Work with engineering to develop next generation machining standards and practices.
      • Maintain high levels of quality and delivery while managing open projects.

      Essential Skills

      • Proficiency in CNC programming.
      • Troubleshooting skills.
      • Mechanical aptitude.
      • Experience with Mastercam.
      • CNC machining expertise.
      • Machine operation skills.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Day shift availability with overtime potential.
      • Experience with Microsoft Office.
      • Understanding of GD&T.
      • High mathematical competency.
