Role Overview: As a CNC Machinist Apprentice, you'll be immersed in a hands-on learning experience, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in computer numerical control (CNC) machining. Under the guidance of seasoned professionals, you'll learn how to operate CNC machines, interpret blueprints, and fabricate precision components to exact specifications. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in manufacturing and lay the foundation for future success. Qualifications:
  
  
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands-on work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Basic understanding of mathematics and blueprint reading is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Assist experienced machinists in setting up and operating CNC machines.
  • Learn to interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform basic machining tasks, including drilling, milling, and turning, while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure optimal efficiency.
