Job Description

- Set up jobs by verifying work instructions, material type, and size.
- Load, modify, and optimize CNC programs; adjust tool offsets for peak efficiency.
- Operate and oversee multiple machines to ensure maximum productivity.
- Manufacture or select appropriate tooling and fixtures for production.
- Perform secondary operations such as drill press work and deburring within scheduled timeframes.
- Inspect parts for surface finish and defects to meet quality standards.
- Conduct precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, and profile projectors.
- Pack, mark, and count parts as needed.
- Load and unload vises and fixtures for mechanical tasks.
- Maintain an organized workspace with proper tool and equipment management.
- Provide guidance and support to junior personnel.
- Ensure work area remains clean and well-maintained.
- Accurately complete documentation and input data in real-time systems.
- Collaborate with Leads and Engineering for setup accuracy and efficient run times.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards, including ISO/AS regulations.
- Communicate production issues and quality concerns with appropriate departments.
- Continuously improve skills and contribute to process enhancements.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
