      Job Title: CNC Machinist

      Job Description

      We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to set up and run complex operations on horizontal and vertical milling machines or mill/turn setups with multi-axis twin spindles and twin turrets. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate tooling for various machining sequences, maintaining setup sheets for new parts or design changes, and performing first article inspections after parts are machined. The role involves operating CNC Mills from brands like Mori Seiki, Makino, Kitamura, Brother, and Hurco 5-axis, as well as making offsets, editing on controls, and conducting tool changes.

      Responsibilities

      • Set up and operate CNC Mills and perform complex machining operations.
      • Select proper tooling for different machining sequences.
      • Maintain setup sheets for new parts or design changes.
      • Perform offsets and editing on the control.
      • Conduct tool changes and first article inspections after parts are machined.

      Essential Skills

      • 5+ years of experience in CNC setup and machining on vertical and horizontal milling centers.
      • Knowledge of G&M Code with the ability to edit and program at the control.
      • Proficiency in blueprint reading.
      • Capability to perform full machine setup.
      • Experience in setting up and operating CNC Lathe Machines.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience in CNC Mill Programming using GibbsCAM or MasterCAM.

      The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
