- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, turning, grinding, and milling.
- Understand specifications of tasks by reading engineering drawings and other specifications.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines.
- Conduct test runs to ensure machines produce outputs according to specifications.
- Monitor machines during tasks, making necessary adjustments for better results.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
- Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
- Proven experience as a CNC operator.
- Skills in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/engineering documents and drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
- Keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
- Good communication abilities.
- Reliability with perfect attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certificate or diploma from a CNC machining school, technical college, or relevant discipline is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Machinist to operate CNC machinery safely and accurately, performing a variety of functions. The ideal candidate must be detail-driven, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate great mechanical aptitude. The role requires compliance with all safety guidelines and the ability to work with great concentration and precision.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $54080.00/yr.
